I’m Audrey — personal trainer, wife and mom of two kids.  I know what it’s like to be caught up with the busyness and stresses in life. I struggled with a lack of energy keeping up with my kids and the other daily activities in my life.  That’s when I decided that something had to change and I decided to focus on my personal fitness. 

I started going to the gym and joined a training program.  I also started eating healthier and stayed consistent with my workouts.  Little did I know these small changes transformed many areas in my life and made a HUGE impact for the better.  I now have more energy to keep up with my family, I feel confident as a woman and I am the strongest that I have ever been in my entire life.  I wanted to show my kids what hard work and a positive mindset can lead to.

As a certified personal trainer, I am passionate about helping you achieve your goals.  My style of training is a combination of strength training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).  I love incorporating both weight training and HIIT exercises to build strength and endurance. I love to create positive and fun but challenging workout experiences to empower you and strengthen your body.  I hope to get the privilege and opportunity to work with you and help you to achieve your goals!
