Our Personal Training approach was created with one goal in mind, to bring awareness to living an active lifestyle. The new normal of work in the Bay Area is pushing more towards the work from home option, creating less daily movement without realizing change since the beginning of 2020.
By teaching individuals about proper mobility, recovery and flexibility, it leads to a greater basis in building strength and overall conditioning that may have been loss. Because people have different needs, we focus on the individual’s specific goals rather than a generalized programming of workout regimens that sometimes are lost in a large group class with a generalized curriculum or online classes that set no baselines or corrections to proper form.
The goal is to be better everyday, making that steady progress towards milestones of goals, and incorporating the your new lifestyle in everything you do.
We offer 2 different packages for 2 or 3 times a week 60 mins a session.

Throughout my life I have always been involved with sports-snowboarding, basketball, baseball, football, and even waterpolo. I have always had a passion for fitness, but there was a time in my life where fitness wasn’t my main priority. It had always been hard to put on weight, but when I started working nights I began neglecting my health.
