Growing up in the Gracie family meant that Jiu Jitsu was never just a sport, but a way of life. Surrounded by strong personalities, disciplined minds, and a deep respect for tradition, I was shaped from an early age to think critically, communicate clearly, and carry myself with purpose. The values passed down to me were not only about technique, they were about leadership, integrity, and using influence responsibly to guide others toward becoming better human beings on and off the mats.

I began training at six years old, developing not only technical skill but a deep understanding of the philosophy behind Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Years of consistent training forged resilience, patience, and strategic thinking, qualities that now define both my approach to competition and to teaching. Having grown up immersed in the art, I understand its nuances, its culture, and its transformative power.

As an instructor, my mission is simple, meet every student where they are. Whether teaching children building confidence for the first time or adults refining advanced techniques, I approach each person according to their individual strengths, weaknesses, and learning style. I believe Jiu Jitsu should be a tailored experience, one that challenges, empowers, and develops character alongside skill.

For me, Jiu Jitsu is more than movement, it is mentorship. It is about cultivating discipline, composure, and self belief. It is about helping each student step onto the mat and leave better than they arrived.
